By accessing or using StoreGuard AI websites, mobile move-in workflows, and smart access software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. SMS Text Messaging Program Terms
By providing your mobile phone number on our web forms, rental portals, or during tenant move-in, you explicitly opt in to receive transactional SMS messages from StoreGuard AI.
- Types of Messages: Gate entry PIN codes, smart unit lock PIN credentials, booking confirmations, rent payment receipts, account security alerts, and customer care responses.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and gate access usage.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-Out / Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message of your opt-out.
- Help & Support: Text HELP to our number for customer assistance, or email support@storeguard-ai.com.
- Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Facility Access & Smart Keypad Use
Assigned gate PINs and digital key credentials are non-transferable. Tenants are responsible for keeping credentials secure to prevent unauthorized facility access.
